We take the guess work out of your training with a structured program under the guidance of a coach every workout. We focus on getting client results by keeping you accountable each week.
Our workout start times are every 15 minutes, meaning we have 4 classes starting every hour! No need to book or miss your workout due to traffic again!
Sick of jumping from challenge to challenge, burning yourself out and not getting results? With the support of our coaches, we help you achieve long term sustainable results.
We help you with your nutrition by understanding your lifestyle, social commitments and what you like eating. We give you the guidance so you can still eat what you want to eat, and still hit your goals! Not only is it sustainable long term, it’s easy. No “6 week restriction” diets here!
With our small team of coaches you can put your trust in us to keep you accountable to GUARANTEE your success. With a dedicated coaching app and meal tracking software, we are the best gym in Osborne Park.
Cardio is great but too much of a good thing can hinder your results, we steer away from mindless cardio and utilise strength training to lose weight long term! Less cardio – more weight loss? SIGN ME UP!
Four Phase Training is a gym that delivers a workout program accessible to all levels of fitness and affordable to those who want to see long term results. Utilising personal training techniques in a group class environment we deliver a service like no other. But it does not stop there. We are a community of like-minded individuals, here to better ourselves and those around us each and every day. We welcome everyone – we work hard, we have fun, we stay humble.
